2. Services

LingualNest provides professional translation, localization, editing, and transcreation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Pay all fees associated with your use of our services

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit for translation. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of providing our services. All translated content becomes your property upon payment completion.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client documents and information as strictly confidential. All translators and staff members sign non-disclosure agreements. We will not share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted based on word count, language pair, complexity, and turnaround time. Payment terms are specified in individual project quotes. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other approved methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.

7. Quality Assurance

We strive to provide high-quality translations. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and provide revisions or corrections at no additional charge if the issue is due to our error.

8. Delivery and Deadlines

We make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances such as technical issues, force majeure, or client-provided information delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LingualNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, cancellation fees apply based on the percentage of work completed. Completed work is non-refundable unless there is a quality issue as outlined in Section 7.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
